Work into an approach that you believe is the best way to reach your students. Though you should never forget to follow or stay within your designated curriculum, says Kylie Gregor, you should also remember that style is not a one-size-fits-all proposition. Work within the designated parameters, but also keep in mind that students are far more receptive to a teacher that’s comfortable delivering information and explanation.
